Welcome to Ripple Effect Yoga ("Ripple Effect," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rippleeffectyoga.com (the "Site"), our online shop interface, email subscription tools, and any related content describing yoga, meditation, wellness coaching, and life-solution programs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or submitting forms on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Ripple Effect Yoga provides educational and wellness-oriented information, class descriptions, product listings, and client-side tools such as a shopping cart that stores selections locally in your browser. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Yoga and meditation involve physical activity; you are responsible for consulting qualified health providers before beginning any new movement or breath practice.
Life-solution workshops and coaching content are intended for personal development and general wellness. They do not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes such as weight loss, injury recovery, employment success, or relationship resolution.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to use the Site and submit orders or registrations. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate and complete. We may refuse service, remove content, or cancel requests at our discretion where we believe there is fraud, abuse, or risk to community safety.
Descriptions of classes, retreats, corporate wellness offerings, and multi-week programs on the Site are for informational purposes. Enrollment may require additional agreements, waivers, health questionnaires, or payment instructions communicated by email after you contact us or complete a registration form. Schedules, teachers, and venues may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes.
Refund and reschedule policies depend on the specific program. Unless otherwise stated at registration: (a) requests for a full refund of program tuition must be received at least seven (7) days before the program start date; (b) late cancellations may receive account credit rather than cash refunds; (c) single-session drop-ins may be rescheduled once with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice if space permits. No refunds are issued for failure to attend without notice ("no-shows").
Participation in yoga, breathwork, meditation intensives, and related activities involves inherent risks including muscle strain, dizziness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Ripple Effect Yoga, its instructors, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from ordinary negligence in connection with on-site or virtual instruction, except where such release is prohibited by law.
The Site includes a client-side shopping cart that uses your browser's local storage to remember items you select. Prices displayed are suggested retail prices unless otherwise noted. Completing the checkout form on the Site does not process payment electronically through the Site. Instead, submission constitutes a request for order review. After you submit checkout, you will see a confirmation message that your order has been processed for review and that a representative will contact you to confirm availability, shipping, taxes, and payment method.
We reserve the right to decline or modify orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your order and payment details in writing (typically by email). Product colors and textures may vary slightly from photographs due to natural materials and screen settings.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, curricula, and software—is owned by Ripple Effect Yoga or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, scrape, or exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
The Ripple Effect Yoga name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission. Unauthorized use may violate civil and criminal laws.
When you submit contact forms, checkout details, survey responses, testimonials, or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Submissions for the purpose of responding to you, fulfilling orders, improving Services, and—with your separate consent—marketing. You represent that your Submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, harassing, or defamatory material.
We may monitor communications for quality assurance and safety. Do not submit sensitive medical records or payment card numbers through general contact forms. Payment card data should only be shared through secure channels we explicitly provide.
Email subscription and unsubscribe tools on the Site are provided for your convenience. Submitting the subscribe form simulates enrollment for demonstration of the static Site; in production deployment, list management must comply with applicable anti-spam laws including express consent and easy opt-out. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIPPLE EFFECT YOGA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR PROGRAM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ripple Effect Yoga and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting hello@rippleeffectyoga.com. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements you accept, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ripple Effect Yoga regarding the Site.
